Yoga is a true union of our will with the gods will. It brings serenity of mind, clarity of speech and purity with maximum resonance and harmony of the body.

It starts by stretching the body from toe to top of the head in defiance of gravity. Calmness comes with quiet, consistent breathing and the expansion of lungs. The beginners level sukshma kriyas (small joints movement exercises), asanas and pranayam is included in our yoga program to motivate any layman to work towards physical health and mental peace.

It deals with physical, moral, mental and spiritual well-being of man. A person becomes free from the restless desire as his mind, intellect and self are in control. The person finds fulfilment from within. Regularity brings deliverance from contact with pain and sorrow. Reveals the different aspects of human life to win inner peace and happiness.


Yoga Nidra

As the body get warmer after performing sukshama kriyas and yoga postures; yoga nidra is important after every yoga session to cool down the body and conserve - consolidate the gained energy to get it prepared for pranayama and meditation.

Consciously take attention to the parts of the body and relax the particular part with awareness is called yoga nidra. It is about awareness to relax the body without taking any extra efforts. It refreshens the body as if you have taken a power nap of 15 to 20 minutes.
